Since our purchase, they have continued to be accessible to us and have helped provide us with good contacts/resources for services in the local area to make our transition as easy as possible. We did 99% of the house purchasing process while we were in Japan, and this team made us feel like locals the whole time. They accommodated our time zone, responded extremely quickly, and gave us plenty of home options to choose from. They constantly advocated for us with the sellers and always made sure we had backup plans. Moving from across the world came with plenty of struggles, but they made home buying such an easy process. Can’t thank Michael Werner enough! Wow, wow, wow!!!! He helped to sell our home and buy our condo. Mike Werner and his wife Ilona are absolutely the best. Mike helped us purchase a home in 2018 while we were living in Guam. He and Ilona would stay up late at night to be able to call us in the day our time. They took pictures and made videos for us so we could follow the process of our new build from so far away. I feel like they were as excited as we were and they really were there for any question we had. We recently listed our home for sale with Mike and he helped us decide on a fair price and Ilona gave us tips on staging our house for the best pictures and curb appeal. Ilona also took wonderful pictures and they had the house listed and sold in just a couple of days even though the market has slowed down and interest rates are up. We are so grateful for them and all of the help they have given us during our time in Panama City
